Child Led Therapy
Child led therapy with play and creativity at it’s core offers your child a safe and supportive space to explore their feelings, build confidence, and develop new ways of coping, through play, art and crafts and storytelling. Creative approaches allow children to express themselves in ways that feel natural and meaningful to them.
This process helps uncover emotions, strengthen problem solving skills, and encourage positive self-expression, while also fostering connection and trust. Each session is tailored to the child’s unique needs, making therapy both engaging and effective. We can help children and young people navigate a difficult time such as parent separation, divorce or a loss in the family, supporting a client with additional needs such as neuro-diversity, ADHD or attachment disruption. Supporting children with managing big emotions and improving emotional literacy. Emotional regulation and understanding their nervous system and triggers. We will endeavour to find what works best for your child and create a therapeutic pathway to support their needs.
Theraplay is a nurturing, play-based approach that helps strengthen the bond between children and their caregivers. Through simple interactive games and activities children experience moments of joy, connection and safety that support healthy attachment and emotional development.
